Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return instructions.

Yarn must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with labels intact. Opening the outer shipping package is fine. Yarn that has been opened, wound, or used is not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Fees and Shipping

A $5 restocking fee per return shipment applies to refunds and is waived for exchanges. Customers pay return shipping and any exchange shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that received free shipping, our actual original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. We will confirm applicable deductions before you return your items.

Refunds

Approved refunds, including applicable sales tax adjustments, will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has a product defect. We will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement, with no restocking fee or shipping costs to you.

This policy does not affect your legal rights.
